    I called about a problem when placing an order and was constantly talked over by the staff member making up answers to questions that I had not asked before I was ever allowed to finish asking my own question. Frustrating scarcely begins to describe the experience. Want staff to hang up on you when you call to ask for an update, and food that never arrives, then this is the place for you!Correction, it finally arrived! But too late

    Have had bad experiences more than once so won't be ordering from them again. Most recently they took an hour and a half to deliver. I called to chase after mins and was told it was out for delivery and would be mins. Next time I called I was told it just left. Previous they have taken long times and forgotten items. While the pizza may be ok, I won't order from them again.

    So let's compare this to dominos + pizza hut.Pros: in my opinion the quality is the best and most consistent of the especially with the stuffed crust.There's lots of variety for meat eaters and full vegans. If there are any issues with the food, the online support team quickly resolve any issues.Cons: after ordering for collection about / times, three times the extra sauces were forgotten. So always ask as just in case, although if they do forget to give them to you, or you notice too late they'll give you some next time .The system for when your order is ready, is also inaccurate, if it says it's ready for collection most of the time it has just been placed into the oven. But the wait has not really been longer than minutes at that point.Delivery: never had an mix ups, never had any issues with the drivers. It is more expensive. But the service is very reliable.
